Friendly staff and convenient location. During my city trip, I stayed at a hotel that had a great location, just a short walk from many of the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us with all our questions. They even spoke multiple languages which made communication easy. The breakfast served was delicious and always fresh.
Uncomfortable beds and limited facilities. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were not very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is great, very convenient for business travelers as it is close to important sites. The service was also good, the staff very helpful and professional. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the room as it helped me to stay connected with the office while on my business trip.
The atmosphere at the hotel was far from friendly. The receptionist at check-in was not welcoming and seemed bothered by my presence. The worst aspect was that the hotel closed the lobby and restaurant area at 9.00 pm, leaving guests with no other option than going to their rooms. Even when I tried to get a drink, the receptionist rudely told me they were closed. The parking situation was also inconvenient, as the spaces available were too small for a car.

The hotel location is quite good, as it is close to many tourist attractions and landmarks. the room and bathroom were relatively clean and cozy, and the service was outstanding. the breakfast was impressive with a variety of food to choose from. the hotel also has a smoking lounge, which is a significant advantage for smokers.
The receptionist was unfriendly, unapproachable, and unhelpful, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The best aspects were the friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, the clean and well-maintained facilities, convenient location near transportation and parking, and delicious breakfast each morning.
